Around the world we humans represent the greatest threat and the greatest hope for owls. By joining the International Owl Center you help us to inspire people and to empower them to take the next step by making changes in their lives to make the world a better place for owls.




All members get FREE ADMISSION to the International Festival of Owls in March! (fees still apply for the banquet, Sunday bus trip, pellet dissection, nest box building, and other special programs that require additional fees.)

Owl Level members also receive a photo card with a picture of Uhu, our Eurasian Eagle Owl, with one of her molted feathers inside. (This is only legal for species not native to the United States. Please note that we can only ship feathers within the United States, not to other countries.)



Owl Center Members also receive a 50% discount on admission to:

-The Minnesota Marine Art Musuem in Winona, MN, 26 miles north of the Owl Center

-The National Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN, 57 miles north of the Owl Center

Our Mission

The International Owl Center advances the survival of wild owl populations through education and research. We plan to accomplish our mission through biological and cultural programs and displays, green building design, citizen-science and other research, international exchange of information, the World Owl Hall of Fame, the International Festival of Owls, and other means.
